[Bug]: Unable to navigate to Settings when Home Screen is removed from navigation

Reproduction steps

1. Launch Flow
2. Open Settings
3. Under Navigation Tabs disable Home Tab
4. Back out of Settings

Expected behavior

There should be a way to get back into the settings screen.

Actual behavior

There is no way to get back into Settings as none of the other tabs have the Settings icon in their toolbar.

I had to uninstall and re-install the app to get the home tab and settings entry point back.
