Fine tuning

With v3.5.1 we're reaching a state which is really prduction ready 👌

Here some small things to consider:

1) Email configuration

I searched for the page where I can set my smtp server etc. - and nearly haven't found it.
It's only there as as purple button in the dashboard section?
So place it also in the left "Admin" side menu would make sense

2) Make it easier to go into projects, clients, tasks

Right now we only have the "view" text far on the right side for the listings in the project, client, task views.
I think it would make sense to directly link the text in these listings.

Example "project" view:

• direct link the project "Name"
• also direct link the "Client" name

Example "task" view:

• direct link "Name" of a task to view this task
• direct link "Project" name to view this project

...same for "Client" dashboard, I think you got it:

• direct link "Name" of client to view this client
• make "Email" adresss clickable there (mailto:.....) - also when viewing a

3) Kanboard

• I've added a fifth state/column but also when hiding left side menu, making the browser width really wide,.... the kanboard ever only shows 4 columns (the 5th below)
• I think it would be nice to have more columns than 4 in one row (if the width is wide enough)?

4) Time Entry Templates

• It looks so lost at this point 😉 between "Task" and "Kanboard"
  a) make it the last menu entry there (below "Log Time") or even better
  b) I don't think having an admin menu entry like a "Time Entry Template" should be prominent there in the "Work" main menu. Totally move it to admin section? (does a normal user see the admin section? If not, placing it directly in the "Log Time" view at top with a prominent button?)

5) black calendar/time icons on dark mode

Did this commit work?
I'm still having the black icons here (using dark mode).

5. It's still open – but I've also done a little Googling and it's not as simple as it seems at first glance to make it white with dark mode.
   So just let it black, everything is ok 👍

new 6) Scrollbar (side menu) - when you look at the screenshot below the scrollbar (when side menu is getting wide/long) is default and 'looks ugly' this way, doesn't it ;)?

new 7) The project description don't respect paragraphs/new lines (I think we had that already few weeks ago with task descriptions? I mean in the task descr. it works...)

new 8) In the PDF Layouter (Visual Invoice Designer) it's really difficult to write something there, because when you misstype something everything gets lost because the whole object is removed when you press del/backspace 😊 (eventually reconfigure "Keyboard Shortcuts: Delete/Backspace = Remove" there to another key?

Also I can't find a way to edit this default item-table (I can't click in there to change format, text,...) 🤔

new 9) Can I be honest? The constantly reloading sponsor banner when a new page opens is really annoying.
It's not annoying to have the banner itself (I want you to make money with that great project), but the fact that it always loads/comes in after the page itself is already loaded is annyoing because the whole site "jumps" down then a few centimeters.
9a) Do you plan some "sponsor licence code" for persons which sponsored you some coffee or more to get rid of these banners 😉?

7. better but look at the screenshot... bullets from lists are missing, this way it's getting difficult to read imho

• default item-table: I've changed the Quantity,... text to german text. When I "Generate Preview" the text is still english
• I placed my company name,... at the bottom and centered. When I "Generate Preview" the text is not centered but left aligned.
