I've looked at the docs and know I can flag AI_ENABLED=false to not have Ollama be active on TimeTracker, but I wanted to see if there's a way for me to completely uninstall TimeTracker and then re-install it without one-shotting the Ollama install?
I can't find any uninstall documentation, and feel like if I mess with docker-compose.yml who knows what will happen with a fresh install. I don't really need AI for my (lack of) time tracking complexity, so would definitely prefer not to install a ~4GB model.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
