Add controlled sponsor communication automation for booking confirmation, materials reminders, publication-live notices, and performance follow-up. Start from the existing private operational templates but keep raw SOP/template text and contact details outside this public repo. The workflow needs drafts, authenticated review/approval, recipient validation, send-provider integration, idempotency, delivery/audit status, retry handling, opt-out/suppression rules, and booking-history links. No message may be sent merely because an alert fires.
This issue needs PM grooming, including the required human approval gate for real sponsor-facing messages, provider/secrets boundary, safe fixtures, and whether calendar invitations belong here. Depends on #111.
