On the Welcome to GetPoplog page, Broken Link on the "Download Poplog" gif

This issue is on the Welcome to GetPoplog page and on the "Download Poplog" web link (gif) that links to

https://github.com/GetPoplog/GetPoplog.github.io/blob/main/docs/Download.html

• When a user clicks on "Download Poplog" link, the link is broken and the web browser returns a 404 Not found error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a web browser go to https://github.com/GetPoplog/GetPoplog.github.io/tree/main/docs
2. Click on Download Poplog
3. Observe the 404 Error "This is not the web page you are looking for."
