From 77feb2e2e836fe9e82ce19cf220bb4418ad83525 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alex Gardner Date: Wed, 7 Oct 2026 15:46:02 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Allow Zarr 0.11 in ZarrExt MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Zarr.jl 0.11 moves its implementation into `ZarrCore`, and `Zarr` re-exports only `ZarrCore`'s public names. `MetadataV2`, `MetadataV3` and `to_zarrtype` are not among them, so `ZarrExt` fails to load against Zarr 0.11 with ``UndefVarError: `MetadataV3` not defined``. The extension now imports those three from `Zarr.ZarrCore`. That module does not exist in 0.10, so the `Zarr` compat moves from `0.10` to `0.11` rather than widening. The version goes to 0.7.12. The test suite passes locally against Zarr 0.11.1 (Julia 1.13).
