first	Boolean	Whether a thumbnail is made of the first page only; false makes one of every page.	[optional]
height	Integer	The thumbnail height in pixels; not used with aspect 2.	[optional]
width	Integer	The thumbnail width in pixels; not used with aspect 2.	[optional]
