Is it okay to create a toast notification in Scratch? (I’m using a translation tool, so the wording might sound a little awkward.) Please forgive me for being new to this / scratchでToast Notificationsを作成したいのですがいいですか?

If you're trying to make a toast notification in Scratch with the Toast Notifications extension from the PenguinMod Extensions Gallery, then you cannot. Scratch doesn't support custom extensions such as the ones from the PenguinMod Extensions Gallery. You can create a toast notification in PenguinMod or one of PenguinMod's forks like Snail IDE, but not in Scratch because of Scratch's lack of custom extension support.
