[Suggestion] A confirm command for /tm transfer #38

Description

@I-Knight-I

Just accidentally fucked our database because I did /tm transfer and it overwrote a lot of the database entries with extremely old values in a data.yml. Obviously I've no one but myself to blame (not blaming you man, love the plugin) but a little more protection would be nice.

For a slight save-of-face; it was late and I assumed it was going to transfer tokens from my account elsewhere. Hoping for the command to throw an error and give me the actual syntax, I typed "/tm transfer BKnight_ 1". I'm an idiot.

args[0].length == 2 as opposed to >= 2 and a simple "/tm transfer confirm" would be appreciated.
