”关闭钢笔效果“设置不能保存 #13

在初始设置关闭钢笔效果时，此设置不能保存，只能每次在应用设置中关闭，在本次打开文档中才生效，但下次打开时，钢笔效果还是会启用（此时设置中钢笔效果显示关闭）
