Context
Follow-up from #189.
LITEFile supports payment-waiver accounts and currently shows waiver-specific messaging on Review instead of the previously calculated fee total and breakdown.
That means a filer can see that no payment will be charged, but cannot see the underlying filing fee that the waiver eliminates, defers, or otherwise changes.
Goal
Show the underlying quoted filing fees together with the effect of the selected fee waiver.
Acceptance criteria
- When a waiver payment account is selected, continue to calculate/retrieve the underlying filing fee when the EFSP supports doing so.
- Show the underlying fee total and available breakdown on Payment and/or Review.
- Clearly distinguish:
- the underlying court/filing fees;
- the waiver status/effect;
- the amount currently expected to be charged.
- Do not imply that the underlying filing fee is $0 merely because a waiver is selected.
- If the EFSP cannot determine the underlying fee for a waiver filing, explain that rather than inventing a number.
- Add regression coverage for the waiver presentation.
