Define whether Submitted filings should become full Odyssey case history

Illinois partner question

For My filings → Submitted filings, Illinois wants the LITEFile filing history to show filed documents, status, clerk comments, downloads, and refiling. They also asked whether the product will eventually show the full case history and documents submitted by other parties, comparable to what Odyssey eFileIL displays.

Product/technical questions

• Is the intended scope only envelopes/filings submitted through LITEFile, or the complete court case docket/history?
• What case-history and document data is available through Tyler/EFSP APIs for filings not created by LITEFile?
• Are there authorization, sealed/confidential-document, retention, or licensing constraints?
• How should court-filed copies and third-party filings be distinguished from LITEFile-originated submissions?

This is worth considering. I don't think there is an API to retrieve case documents longer than 60 days post-filing though.

Pinging @BryceStevenWilley in case he has more to say about feasibility with this; I'm guessing this is a good one to defer post December though.

Can also answer some of these questions:

• We are not distinguishing between LITEFile submitted filings and others; the account is owned by Tyler and we use the Tyler API to retrieve all of the information shown on the "My filings" tab; any barriers are going to be imposed by Tyler. I do know that Tyler has some problems with correct handling of confidential cases, so we can add additional barriers here if necessary; since we're limiting to cases by the filer for now, let us know if that's a real concern still.
