Issue with Contabo Germany (Dusseldorf)

I am located in Hong Kong. For Contabo: Germany (Düsseldorf). I ran a total of 174 tests, and it came back with the result:
Mean 6 | Median 4 | Min 2 | Max 22

The result is physically impossible, as that would be faster than the speed of light.
I checked that everything else is correct: the closer servers are faster, while the farther servers are slower.
Therefore, I think there is a bug?
Please correct me if I am wrong or if there is an issue with my computer.

Some extra information, I was using Chrome, but the bug also happens on Microsoft Edge.
(Although both are Chromium, I don't have any extensions on Microsoft Edge.)
I don't have Firefox, so I could not test it.
I also had a look at the Network tab, and I saw periodical failures to https://dus.speedtest.contabo.net/
