Make botmate a command line utility.

Need to make botmate a command line utility without the need to have forever globally installed. I've started an initial pass at this in https://github.com/pwhisenhunt/botmate. We should add command line options using CLI or another options parser and try to not use core.js(there's probably way to just pass forever a function, but this is a first pass). I've also renamed bot-mate to be botmate.

I guess, we should probably use forever-monitor instead of forever to start core.js programmatically.

What about options: we will definitely need them. Currently, we are thinking on how to implement caching of snapshots and how to expire cached results, and it would be great if we'll let users to choose preferred caching strategy. The only question is: is it better to use a config file, or pass options directly in command line? I saw modules which can help us to use both approaches simultaneously.

Node-optimist npm module would be very useful to implement command-line interface with configuration options.

Yeah, I'd say that it would probably be best if we use both command line options and a config file. And thanks for pulling that into a separate branch 👍 ! I'll continue to hack in the cli branch if/when I can get some time :) And node optimist looks great for parsing options 👍
