color selection spazzing out

when I use the color selection tool it spazzes out sometimes so I thought I'd post it here

yeah this is because imgui uses float rgb (0.0-1.0) and valve uses integer rgb (0-255) so the conversion between i guess looses some precision, the ideal fix for this would be to simply have some backend float to store the real value and then update that to the cvars value when the colorpicker isnt open, i tried implementing this but i ran into weird issues, ill look into this later
