Remove the old small_logo / large_logo attributes

We have two kludgy logo attributes in the remote resource tables that were never used: small_logo and large_logo.

1. remove the attributes in the DB
2. remove the form elements where the admin can enter and modify them
3. remove the view code that referenced them
