Show your fleet: how many Macs, runners and repos?

If you run self-hosted runners on Apple Silicon, with this project or without it, post what your setup looks like. It helps decide what to build next, and it's the best evidence of what the docs get wrong.

Useful things to include, but share only what you're comfortable with:

• How many Macs, which chips and how much memory, and how many runners on each
• What the jobs are: Xcode builds, Simulator UI tests, web, backend, Android
• Whether you use admission control, a second host or standby tiers
• What broke first, and what the dashboard or cockpit told you (or didn't)
• A screenshot, with repository and host names replaced

The reference fleet behind the docs: two Macs, one runner per private repo (27 runners and 7,631 jobs when first measured), with the primary host first and a standby taking bursts.
