v0.3.0: more than one Mac, one verdict, Fleet Cockpit

[addisdev]

v0.3.0 is out, along with a catch-up tag for v0.2.0.

• A second Mac in one command: scripts/join-host.sh, then standby tiers if one host should take work first.
• A host on/off switch for maintenance, from the dashboard or scripts/host-drain.sh --off.
• One verdict for the fleet, in the dashboard, the Fleet Cockpit menu bar app, its CLI and an MCP server.
• Failures that aren't your code, named: a full shared memory table, a job orphaned by a draining runner, the account's spending limit.

Upgrading from an earlier version has a few one-time steps: Upgrading.

Questions go in Q&A, and ideas for what comes next in What's next after v0.3.
