Improve newsletter sign up process for better UX

The current process is:

1. Go to site
2. Scroll to sign up form
3. Enter email, click "Subscribe"
4. Get sent to new Mailchimp-branded page with more form fields
5. Fill out the new fields and click "Subscribe"
6. Get sent to another new Mailchimp-branded page with reCAPTCHA checkbox
7. Click checkbox and then click "Subscribe"
8. Be subscribed

Preferred process would be:

1. Go to site
2. Scroll to sign up form
3. Fill out all required fields + reCAPTCHA, click "Subscribe"
4. Be subscribed
