Clean up course updates page

The different fields are all over the place. Make it look better and clearer.

To be more specific, this refers to the page at URL path /gitmanager/<course-key>/updates. It shows the build log and the important fields at the top. The top part can be organized better, and for example, the git origin and branch fields could be easier to spot and separate from each other. Currently, if the git origin is empty, then it basically shows "Origin: 2023-autumn" if the branch is "2023-autumn. The several fields at the top part are presented in a nonsensical order, for example, the git webhook and secret should be close to each other, but now they are far away.

The "trigger" button could be named "start new build" or such, "triggering" is a rather technical word referring to the use of webhooks, but in the web user interface, that is not relevant.

The checkboxes under the trigger button could at least use the <label> elements correctly. When you click the label, it should activate the checkbox. This is based on the label's for attribute, but it is also enough if the label element wraps the input element.

Alternatively, you can nest the <input> directly inside the <label>, in which case the for and id attributes are not needed because the association is implicit

The wide margins in the left and right sides feel unnecessary. It would be better to use the whole width of the window.

It is also worth some consideration if the long build log entries should be collapsible elements (Bootstrap collapse). Would it make it easier to browse multiple long build log entries? Though, there would have to be a button for easily opening all entries then too so that the browser's search (Ctrl+F) can be used across all build logs. This is not important if time runs out.
