Corrupt zip file for PythonSQLServerMerge?

I am unable to unzip the file found under this directory:
https://github.com/bcafferky/shared/tree/master/PythonSQLServerMerge

When I attempt to unzip the file on MacOS I get this issue:

% unzip PythonSQLServerMerge.zip
Archive:  PythonSQLServerMerge.zip

        PythonSQLServerMerge.zip.zip, and cannot find PythonSQLServerMerge.zip.ZIP, period.

I also get an error from the Archive Utility tool saying that the file is in an unknown format.
