New release - wheels?

I built a wheel from current master on Python3.7 and so far have seen no issues when using the library.

I am willing to contribute wheels & eggs for MacOS if needed.

@benoitc Any update on this? Should be very fast to upload the wheels, and it'd make a pretty large amount of projects easier to migrate to python 3.7
