Add support Сovers (Boxart)

If a specific folder contains a game cover image (.png or .bmp).
Cover image will be displayed on the top screen - over everything else on that screen.

• You can specify the cover image's position in the theme (skin) settings.
• If the theme (skin) does not include such settings, the cover image will be centered on the top screen.

How it works:

This directory will contain covers based on the 4-digit game code: /_nds/covers_code/
Example:

• VALE.png

This directory will contain covers by ROM filename: /_nds/covers_name/
Example:

• Alice in Wonderland (USA) (En,Fr,Es) (NDSi Enhanced).png

This feature was requested on GBATemp originally but the issue is that this will break existing compatibility for Wood R4 themes and I don't really want to rewrite the theme engine because its already quite complicated. I hope you can understand.

That being said, if somebody does want to add it while still keeping the existing theme system working with the existing themes, I will happily review any PRs for them.

Here's an example of how to do this without affecting theme compatibility at all.

You need to create two files in the /_nds/ folder,

• BUT if this file is in the folder /nds/akmenunext/ui/$theme_name$/, it will take precedence.
• If they aren’t in the theme folder, they’re read from /_nds/.

The cover.ini file contains the following:

cover_width = 190
cover_height = 170
cover_margin_top = 11
cover_margin_left = 33

And the file: cover_bg.png

(If PNG and transparency aren't supported, that's okay—it will just be a BMP file without transparency.)

Here's an example of what it would look like:

• The option I'm proposing will be fully compatible with any themes.
• If a user doesn't add a cover image, everything will remain exactly as it is now.
• In the settings (Start), you'll be able to enable or disable the display of cover images.

But unfortunately, I don't know how to write code, so I won't be able to do it myself :(

I will take a look but I cannot guarantee it, the theme engine in the WoodRPG source code has always been complicated.
