docs: CODEWORK wordmark in the README, install latest from the landing page

The README shows the landing hero's pixel wordmark instead of the old
assets/logo.svg, and the assets directory is gone. The landing install
commands point at the stable release now that latest is 0.2.0. Pushes
that only change the root README no longer publish.
