Subject: [PATCH] Allow Composer as root in every script

Only setup_composer exported COMPOSER_ALLOW_SUPERUSER, so an update that ran composer without it waited at Composer's 'Continue as root/super user?' prompt, which $STD hides (ProxmoxVE #18071).
