Build a Sign Up Page using our components

Sign up page should include fields:

1. Name
2. Email
3. Password
4. Repeat password
5. A disclaimer text saying “I agree to Terms and Conditions”
6. Sign Up button
7. Link to "Login" form

Please build this form only using components that we created during the workshop without using any custom CSS. Additional bonus points for error handling, good styleguide entry and documentation.
