Implement a hashtable using an array of linked list.
Big 0 Time: O(1)
Hashtable class has the following methods attached:
- hash >> will take a key and return a hashed index
- add >> will add key, value pair to hashTable
- get >> given a valid key, it will return the first value
- contains >> given a key, it will return a boolean if key is present
