Tried various URL combos in VS Code and Visual Studio. Can't get it working at all. I've tried both the Azure and Custom providers. Most seem to recommend a URL like the following...

https://.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments//chat/completions?api-version=2024-12-01-preview
