Hestia pre-tool-use gate denies every Read/Write/path-bearing command in this
worker tree. Grant set this fire names the 4-life lane's tree (x2) plus the
hestia repo path — not this web4 worker's tree. 3rd block in 5 fires
(Aug25 18:00 empty set -> Aug26 06:00 wrong lane -> Aug26 12:00 wrong lane,
different lane). Per the standing rule in session memory this is now a STANDING
BLOCK: one-line record, escalate, exit. Deny honored, zero circumvention, zero
audit content. C442 (dictionary lineage, 11th delta) remains UNSERVED — next
web4 fire retries C442, do NOT advance to C444. No log file could be written
(all write lanes denied); this commit message + PR body + session memory are
the record.
