A PartUsage must not by typed by another PartUsage

Environment :

• Windows
• Firefox
• Chrome
• Latest version of SysON

Steps to reproduce:

• Create 2 PartUsages
• Select one PartUsage then in detail view goes to Typed by section
• Click on the 3dots
• In the selection window select the second PartUsage

Expected behavior:

• In the selection window, PartUsages should not appear and not possible to be selected because not allowed

Actual behavior:

• PartUsage is selected and types the first PartUsage

💡Info: This behavior is well filtered graphically so this issue is only possible via the Detail View
