Turn remaining configurations from XML into HID syntax

There are only few remaining configurations in a handful of run-scripts that still use the XML syntax:

• repos/gems/run/trace_recorder_ctf.run
• repos/gems/run/trace_recorder.run
• repos/gems/run/trace_recorder_pcapng.run
• repos/hello_tutorial/run/hello.run
• repos/ports/run/virtualbox6.run
• repos/ports/run/vbox6_genode_usb_hid_raw.run

After replacing them with HID equivalents we can turn off XML support, deprecation planned for 26.05.

I'm not sure how to test the trace_recorder* scripts. @jschlatow could you step in?

Who can transmute and especially test virtualbox6.run?

As virtualbox6.run is rarely used and Sculpt is suited to test vbox6I would simply removed it.

I can handle the virtualbox6.run because it is the only way to quickly test with custom .iso files. I did it for vbox7 already.

I'm still hesitant to merge this change as it breaks compatibility of the online update with versions before 25.10. Let's defer the change a bit longer (just in case we want to publish a Sculpt 26.04.1).
