Plug-In Battery firmware 1.0219 has been released as beta

New in Plug-In Battery 1.0219

• This version fixes an issue where errors E326 and E327 were triggered incorrectly. These errors are set when the battery was not able to start charging or discharging for some reason. If you have this error code after this firmware update, please reach out to our helpdesk.
• Normally, the battery should turn off most of its internal components after 30 minutes to safe energy. In some cases, this did not happen. We have fixed that in this release!

The update will be installed automatically. I just got an error, the E327 and E103. Just as i'm waiting on replacement of one of the other PiB's.
I guess I wil report this one also to the helpdesk

My battery 1 gave the error 326 and an orange upper ledblock blinking (time 12:25). Reported to Wizzy and followed instructions. Battery status is online but inactief and stays that way. No more errors atm, but not working. Tried also reset P1 en power off battery but no change. Battery 2 does the job now. Beta firmware 1.0219 in both batteries. P1 6.0205.
Update: Sam (HW) advised to reset (45 min pwr off) and it worked!

according to the helpdesk are E327 codes still possible and this will be solved in (again) next update? They know i have the 1.0219 FW.

Since 20:50 one of my batteries is inactive with a 37% charge. This is the fourth time since receiving this renewed battery. Last time support suggested this has to be reported to the beta channel so thats what I'm doing now. Both my batteries are on version 1.2019. Status in the energy app is working ok and inactive

Hier de grafiek vanuit HA vanaf gisteravond 20:00 tot vanmorgen 9:00. Accu 33FB56 ontlaad tot lading 37% om 20:53. Accu 33ECCC neemt het dan over tot lading 0%. Accu 33FB56 verliest 1% om 2:37 zonder power output en start pas te ontladen om 5:32 vanmorgen. Vervolgens om 8:10 stopt accu 33FB56 met ontladen op 7%. Wederom in de app status ok

Ondertussen de leds aangezet, in de app is alles ok maar er knipperen rode leds boven en onder.

Hier hetzelfde sinds update 219 staat 1 batt op inactief en 16% de andere doet gewoon zijn ding. Wel is de veiligheidsrestrictie van 1600w naar 800w gegaan.

This morning I got the E327 error on Battery 2 of 2. After reboot of the battery with the switch, everything is back to normal.
Maybe it's interisting to know is that both the batteries where empty this morning. I think they error came when the battery started charging again, but I am not 100% sure.

Got the E327 error the next day after the 2.019 update, charging was hanging on 43%. Powered off the P1 and the battery for 1 hour and is still working now. BTW first error ever after 140 cycles.

Since installing firmware 1.0218 there was an error with 1 of my pib’s.
About 3 times a day the pib got into a inactive state and showed 2 red led lights. Top and bottom one. With no error in the app.
always alter a load or unload. And it goes directly to 0 watt. So no idle timer.. (monitoring with ha.)

Workaround: If i do nothing this is for about 1 hour. Or a disconnect and connect off the wifi. To speed it up and get in working again.

This firmware version 1.0219 should have fixed this. According to homewizard. But it does not.
The release notes are unclear about this issue. What is the status about this? Will it be fixed in the next firmware?

There is no error in the app. So no e327 error.
I did contact homewizard helpdesk. Thomas reacted that it should be fixed in this version. But it doesn’t.

Beetje offtopic, maar ik heb inmiddels een nieuwe batterij gekregen, en ik zit daarmee niet meer in het beta programma.
Hoe kan ik weer in de beta komen? Het formulier werkt namelijk ook niet meer om jezelf aan te melden.

Sinds vannacht ontvang ik op drie batterijen constant de melding "P1 meter losgekoppeld". Heb de access points al even herstart maar zonder verbetering, ik kreeg zelfs op de batterijen de melding dat de veiligheidsrestrictie was gereset, Met de P1 meter is niets mis en is constant verbonden geweest na een onderbreking van mijzelf van de WiFi voor de P1 meter reageren de batterijen nog steeds niet. Vreemde is ook dat de app blijft aangeven dat er met 28-29 watt opgeladen wordt. P1 draait overigens op 6.0205.

Ik ervaar exact hetzelfde een inmiddels al de nodige informatie gedeeld met HomeWizard.
Bij mij is de P1 Meter gedowngraded en heb zelf een aantal zaken geprobeerd maar tot op heden heb ik nog steeds exact het probleem dat jij ook hebt.
Hopelijk komt HW snel met een update want dit is wel voor mij de slechtste (beta) update tot op heden die ze hebben uitgebracht.
