Unable to open "My Submission" page in SMPVideo Hugging Face Space

Hi Hugging Face competitions team,

I am experiencing an issue with the "My Submission" page in the SMPVideo competition Space:

The Space itself appears to be running, but when I try to open the "My Submission" page, it cannot be loaded properly. The page either stays blank, keeps loading, or remains stuck around the metadata loading stage.

I have already tried the following:

• Refreshing the page
• Logging out and logging back into Hugging Face
• Clearing browser cache and cookies
• Trying another browser / incognito mode
• Checking that I am using the same Hugging Face account used for the competition

However, the issue still persists.

Could you please help check whether this is related to the Hugging Face competitions app, the Space backend, or the submission record loading logic?
