add repository via command

as far as I can see, right now I can only add repositories using the inline query. it would be nice if I could manually send message like: /add_repo lineupjs/lineupjs to add a repository

If I recall correctly there was a good reason for only having it able to add repos inline...
When I have some time I'll see if I can figure out what exactly that reason was :/

as far as i can see, you are encoding just the repo.id in the encoded url when using the /add_repo command implicitly
