Lenovo LOQ with a physical Caps Lock Light.
This is 100% repeatable.
Switch to any Microsoft Keyboard.
Enable CAPSLK and type something.
Switch to any Keyman keyboard (Cam Qwerty). Either Win+Space or by selecting a the keyboard from the Windows Selector.
System CapsLk Light stays on, but Keyman acts as if Caps is off (LC letters when unshifted, UC with Shift).
Double-tap on CAPSLK resets KM to using Caps.
Try the opposite, enable caps with KM loaded, test that it outputs Caps. Switch to a MS kb, and caps is correctly enabled/in use.
