Would like to know how to compile this project

Hi!

Are there any instructions on how to setup a build environment for this project?
I mean what needs to be downloaded and installed in order to be able to compile the LCDHost project.

I know this is years later. But it appears to be a Qt project. I have been unable to get it to build as it appears last year QT has retroactively required all version to need a login to update or run

After I got no answer long ago I've spent no further effort to compile this project.
