Make BugshotKit customisable in terms of where screenshot and info is sent (JIRA, Redmine,...)

Sometimes e-mail is not an option and there is a need to send a report to somewhere else.
For example as a developer I could implement a JIRA plugin that sends information to JIRA instead of e-mail.
