Birds heard but not detected?

Good day:
New user to BirdNET-Pi.
I can remotely access, hear the birds with live audio function, and see the birds in the log area. But I don't see any activity in Today's Detections, and no Spectrogram activity nor does it seem to be scrolling.
Any help assistance would be greatly appreciated.
