Contributing guide for newbies

Hi, for newbies who want to contribute to some of the porting it would be nice to have some slightly detailed guide on contributing and where to start

Yes I completely agree. I cloned this repository but not able to use go build. Are there a detailed guide.

Appreciate the enthusiasm, but there's not really any newbie-accessible work to be done at this stage. The team will be taking on the vast majority of porting. The best way to help is to try this locally and check for crashes when running on your own code.

We've tested the build instructions on all major platforms; if you're unable to build locally feel free to post here but we're not staffed to provide much 1:1 support for early testing. Thanks!

I am able to build and test in my local workstation. that is good. I do not know what was the problem. but I deleted the node_modules folder and tried it again and it worked.
