Does WinRTC supports HEVC/H.265 in RTSP streaming?

Hello,

I want to render the RTSP streams which comes from the IP cameras on to the web browser. Some IP cameras transmits HEVC/H.265 streams too. Can anyone clarify whether WinRTC framework supports HEVC/H.265 in RTSP streaming or not?
