[New] Filesystem requirement

Hi everyone,
These are the requirements as the followings:

1. read file
2. write file
3. create file
4. create folder
5. check the same file
6. check the same folder
7. list file/folder
8. search file/folder
9. rename file/folder

If you think these list need to be added some requirement, please update it.
