Does RemoveMacAI also remove the built-in translation feature in Safari?

Since I installed RemoveMacAI and removed all kinds of AI-related features, my Safari won't to translation via right click anymore. Is this related to RemoveMacAI? As fas as I know, this is not an AI-related feature as it was baked into Safari for quite a while now.

nothing in RemoveMacAI has a translation switch, so if it's related it's a side effect of something else
can you run removemacai off --keep siri, restart and try right click translate again?
keeping Siri lets the 13 GB models come back, so run removemacai off afterwards if it doesn't help
if it's still gone, removemacai revert will show whether it's RemoveMacAI at all
