Unable to redeploy or access Valheim server after free trial ended

I created a Valheim server using the free trial. After the trial ended, I tried to renew and redeploy the existing server so I could continue hosting it.

I went to https://cloud.runonflux.com/, then Applications, then My Expired Apps. I can see my Valheim server there, but when I try to redeploy it, it takes me to the generic Deploy an App page instead of the Valheim game server deployment page.

That page also does not include my existing Valheim configuration or game files, so I do not want to redeploy it incorrectly and risk losing the server data.

At this point, I mainly need access to my existing Valheim files, including the world files and backups, so I can continue hosting the world.

I have also opened a support ticket but have not been able to get this resolved.

Is there a way to regain access to the existing server files or temporarily restore the server so I can download them?
