What is making all but the current line have a narrow right margin?

I have obsidian-nvim installed in lazyvim so maybe some other plugin is responsible, but like the title says, all but the current line are line wrapped at ~100 characters. Is there a way to turn that off, such that all lines are full and they wrap at the editor's right margin?

More detail: I think what I am seeing is that wikitext format links are expanded on the line being edited, e.g.:

[[Some#Section|Link text]]

appears on surrounding lines as Link text, but are expanded on the current line. The surrounding lines wrap, as if the links were expanded, though. So, I think that is a bug that I will report in a couple of days, unless someone knows otherwise.
