osTicket 2.0 Announcement

[JediKev]

We’re getting very close to the osTicket 2.0 release!

After years of development, testing, and rebuilding major parts of the system, we are finally approaching the finish line. The upcoming release represents a major step forward for the project and lays the groundwork for what comes next.

To share a bit more context with the community, we posted an update in the forums covering the journey to 2.0 and what’s coming next:

Going forward, updates about osTicket 2.0 will be shared on the next.osTicket.com site rather than in this roadmap repository.

Thanks to everyone who has followed along, shared their wonderful ideas, and supported the project along the way.

I've signed up for updates, but am hoping this will be released soon. Specifically with Docker Support.
