[Improvement]: Compatible with the German Accessibility Act (DIN EN 301 549)

Improvement description

Starting from 28. Jun 2025 Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz in Germany is activ. The responsibility for websites failing those rules are till 100k EUR.
It is perfect if Pimcore Admin Panel and Demo repositories would be ready to meet this law.
It would be nice marketing benefit to tell the users that Pimcore is compatible with DIN EN 301 549.
