From 0be7aba0ec361487bebd6f7c8615d7e3ef2014c9 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: prode Date: Thu, 8 Oct 2026 06:59:34 -0300 Subject: [PATCH] feat(assets): ship scc-plan-review, a reviewer that holds a draft plan to docs/ and the code scc validate checks a plan's shape and nothing checked its substance: a plan could pass every validator while re-deciding an ADR, adding a dependency the stack never adopted, rebuilding what exists, or missing a seam. scc plan approve seals it, so the review has to land before the seal. - internal/assets/templates/agents/scc-plan-review.md: read-only agent, six passes (shape, context, settled decisions, rebuilt/assumed, tasks against done-when, direction); returns a rethink/refine/ready verdict, findings by severity, questions for the user and scc patch amendments. - ReviewAgents gains it on all three harnesses at effort high; assets.Version 37 -> 38, fingerprint updated. - scc-prd and scc-plan-run dispatch it before scc plan approve. No preloaded rule names it, so no session pays for it unless it approves a plan. - design/orchestration.md section 7 names three agents. - This workspace re-rendered onto template version 38 with scc update. Plan: plans/plan-review-agent.md. The agent's own prompt reviewed that plan before approval and found the stale design doc, now fixed. Verified: scc validate --checks --pr -> 12 validators, 0 findings, 1029 tests, 86.3% coverage; golangci-lint run clean; golangci-lint fmt --diff empty. --- .claude/agents/scc-plan-review.md | 150 ++++++++++++++++++ .claude/scc-manifest.json | 57 ++++--- .claude/skills/scc-plan-run/SKILL.md | 12 +- .claude/skills/scc-prd/SKILL.md | 11 +- design/orchestration.md | 7 +- internal/assets/assets.go | 27 +++- internal/assets/assets_test.go | 10 +- .../templates/agents/scc-plan-review.md | 148 +++++++++++++++++ .../templates/skills/scc-plan-run/SKILL.md | 12 +- .../assets/templates/skills/scc-prd/SKILL.md | 11 +- plans/plan-review-agent.md | 69 ++++++++ 11 files changed, 459 insertions(+), 55 deletions(-) create mode 100644 .claude/agents/scc-plan-review.md create mode 100644 internal/assets/templates/agents/scc-plan-review.md create mode 100644 plans/plan-review-agent.md diff --git a/.claude/agents/scc-plan-review.md b/.claude/agents/scc-plan-review.md new file mode 100644 index 0000000..62db7e7 --- /dev/null +++ b/.claude/agents/scc-plan-review.md @@ -0,0 +1,150 @@ +--- +name: scc-plan-review +description: Reviews a draft plan against docs/, the ADRs, the stack, existing specs and plans, and the code, and reports where its context, tasks or direction disagree — with questions for the user and proposed scc patch amendments. You do not edit it and you do not write code — +you report, and the orchestrator decides what to apply. + +You exist because **`scc validate` checks a plan's shape and nothing checks its +substance.** A plan passes every validator while it re-decides an ADR, adds a +dependency the stack never adopted, re-builds a helper that already exists, or misses +the migration everybody forgot. `scc plan approve` seals it, and after the seal a +rewritten task is refused — so this is the last cheap moment, and the author is the +plan's worst reader: they see what they meant.
