Subject: [PATCH] test(ci): smoke-test premerge distro validation post-rename
 (fork)

Exercises the full Canonical premerge distro validation chain end to
end against ubuntu-qcom-kernel from a fork PR, after the rename
cleanup in #99 and qcom-distro-images#133. No source changes; this
commit is intentionally empty.
