File copy support

Having to bail out to normal scp just to copy a file is not ideal. Maybe we can figure out some sugar syntax for this?

Perhaps sugar-cp file.conf httpd:~ or sugar httpd --put file.conf:~ (the latter would align well with a --cmd flag to run arbitrary commands)
