The image's kernel is already patched, but MongoDB misreads its version ([SERVER-131779][1]). The fix lands in 8.0.35, which isn't out yet, and GitHub won't pin the kernel ([runner-images#15005][2]). Since the image is still rolling out, only some jobs fail for now. This change runs the test job on `ubuntu-22.04` until then.
